The Role 

As a Network Operations Representative, you will be responsible for driving behavioral change in healthcare offices to improve patient experience and reduce healthcare costs. The Network Operations Representative will work closely with healthcare providers and practice employees to better understand their needs, provide education and training, and implement programs and solutions to achieve business objectives. A successful candidate will have a background in tactical communication, strong relationship-building skills, and an understanding of business strategy. 

Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and practice employees to drive engagement and behavior change 
• Review analytics and insights to structure as well as lead in-person and remote touchpoints with providers to discuss performance, cost management and contracting changes 
• Provide education and training to healthcare providers and practice employees on new programs and initiatives 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of provider engagement strategies with business objectives 
• Implement programs and solutions to improve patient experience and reduce healthcare costs 

Requirements 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare providers and practice employees 
• Ability to anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities with competing timelines, and prioritize tasks effectively 
• Relevant work experience includes, but is not limited to retail or service industry 
• Resides in or has an ability to travel consistently to upstate New York 
• (Optional) Bachelor's degree in Business or Psychology, with a Marketing focus preferred 
• (Optional) Understanding of healthcare industry and provider motivations
