Overview
Under the direction of the Director of Training & Development, work to produce training programs, maintain and update current training material, assist in organizing training materials within the company and perform general training functions.
Job Description

  • Review and edit training material to keep material current
  • Perform project support to Director of Training and Development
  • Monitor, evaluate and review the quality and effectiveness of training programs, including assessing the performance of individuals attending training programs
  • Work in a team environment as well as individually, to assist in design/develop of an overall training plan for the Company, including identifying specific training to meet unfilled needs and job specific training requirements
  • Possess the ability to thoroughly research, write objective, and develop training materials with leader's guides
  • Develop Computer Based Training (CBT) materials including testing to analyze comprehension of materials presented
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Good organizer, meticulous, and good public speaker at ease moderating large groups
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
  • Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
