Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Manager, OneStream/Hyperion Applications to join the Technology team. This role will lead, direct and work with others to ensure the creation of compelling, effective, and technically sound Planning and Consolidation solutions for RBI.
The successful candidate will work with the Information Technology Team members and end users to analyze, architect/design, construct, test, implement, and support Planning and Consolidation solutions needed by respective business areas. Primary responsibilities:
- Integrate and Streamline: Setup & maintain OneStream XF applications with the know-how to work with complementary teams to enact and maintain integrations between major upstream systems and OneStream XF
- Take responsibility and ownership for problem and issue resolution, process improvement and determining fixing the root cause of problems.
- Create, maintain, and update financial reports and forms
- Manage application maintenance cycles - reviewing, testing, and implementing change requests.
- Solve complex challenges and Administer OneStream XF environment.
- Improve the Accounting and FP&A team's experience to create and maintain consolidation rules, metadata, and application performance.
- Create Workflow's, Simplify & Secure.
- Architect & maintain end user security, support IT /SOX audits.
- Lead requirement gathering, design and build activities for application enhancement, migration, and optimization.
- Implement XF Marketplace and custom solutions when necessary.
- Capture metrics and ensure the application environment performs consistently within defined SLA's.
- Provide support and training as necessary to end-users
- Present system improvement opportunities in business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Perform data management and preserve historical data integrity
Qualification & skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years Hands-on experience on leading Financial planning and consolidation platform such as Hyperion/Oracle EPM
- 2+ years Hands-on OneStream XF Development and Administration experience preferred
- Experience with ERP’s (i.e. SAP) nice to have
- Strong technical / functional background.
- Ability to support end-user processes (e.g. Close, Budget, Forecast)
- Experience delivering OneStream or Hyperion based solutions for consolidation, forecasting, and management reporting
- Experience with SQL, .NET, programming
- Experience in data analysis using SQL and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

- Leadership skills and a motivated-self starter
