The Enrollment and Licensing (E&L) Manager will be responsible for oversight of a portion of the E&L team on a daily basis. The manager will be responsible for establishing processes and procedures for that portion of the E&L team (and the products they serve) that determine how they perform their day-to-day job functions. The manager will be responsible for setting all hiring and training schedules for each calendar year. The manager will be responsible for establishing communication and meeting cadence with other teams to address outstanding issues at large for E&L.
This manager will be expected to oversee budget adherence for their subgroup and report findings to the director of ELATS on a monthly basis. The manager will be responsible for overseeing a team lead and providing them with the tools and training they need to effectively enforce and enact all processes created for the portion of the E&L team they oversee. The manager would be responsible for managing escalations from internal stakeholders, employees, and customers for items related to external business and internal ways of working. The manager is responsible for executing the business directives of the assoc. director and assisting the assoc. director in developing process and procedure.
Responsibilities of the E&L Manager:

  • Creating, modifying, and overseeing processes related to enrollment and licensing functions for Amplify products
  • Providing updates and context to the director on all items that impact broader initiatives to be communicated internally to other stakeholders
  • Establish, Plan, and Distribute training schedules
  • Establish, Plan, and Execute hiring/interview schedules and process
  • Work with Engineering and Development teams on current technical and conceptual challenges
  • Managing and measuring day to day business transacted by team members and leads in their oversight
  • Managing and responding to escalations from internal stakeholders and customers
  • Utilize report and dashboard data provided by leads to determine progress toward goals and OKRs of service
  • Manage budget for their sub-group throughout the calendar year and provide updates to the director on compliance and status
  • Manage equipment procurement and license procurement for all employees under their sub-group
  • Daily, weekly, monthly performance reporting for team efforts to Assoc. Director
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, prioritize and communicate information to critical parties in a fast-paced environment
  • Will manage and escalate/de-escalate time sensitive and business critical issues originating from employees and internal stakeholders
  • Will manage and escalate/de-escalate time sensitive and business critical issues originating from customers


Basic Qualifications of the E&L Manager (CC&S):

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field
  • Experience effectively collaborating with a team to execute on deliverables within a deadline
  • Experience organizing and tracking progress of projects
  • Experience managing and leading direct reports from week to week during the normal cadence of business
  • Basic understanding of budget and financial initiatives of the company at large


Preferred Qualifications of the E&L Manager: :

  • Working knowledge of Amplify Admin, Preamp, VAMP, Popeye, Keycloak, and other front end data/content management systems for Amplify products
  • Previous leadership experience a major plus
  • Education industry or classroom experience
  • Familiarity with Google Suite tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Previous access database tool experience
