ABOUT THE ROLE

BlueVine is looking for an experienced professional with experience and knowledge in transactional disputes and other recovery methods. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the client dispute program at all stages of the dispute lifecycle. This includes the policies and procedures around dispute intake and resolution as well as chargebacks and recovery.

This is not a fully remote role. At BlueVine, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which we believe is best maintained through in-person interactions and a vibrant office environment.  All of our offices will reopen in accordance with local guidelines, and will follow a hybrid model.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work with vendors and partners to ensure dispute processes are optimized and adhered to
• Work with the fraud and back office teams to establish robust recovery processes
• Partner with contact support team management in overseeing customer interactions regarding disputes
• Partner with legal and compliance teams to establish robust recovery processes

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Robust knowledge of disputes, chargebacks, and the funds recovery process
• Experience and knowledge of chargeback rules and regulations, ACH returns and NACHA guidelines, check return processes.
• Experience in creating and optimizing operational processes and QA programs
• Highly developed customer service skills and experience
