Responsibilities

• Lead Flow’s Fund Operations and Administration team, currently focused on SPVs
• Manage the SPV business delivery unit - including an SPV setup team, administration and accounting team 
• Manage multiple outsourced vendors to ensure business deliverables are achieved
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success to ensure Flow’s SPV customers have a world class experience 
• Explore opportunities to expand Flow’s capabilities to include additional fund types and structures, in support of the company’s business goals and objectives 

Abilities & Skills

• Background in fund administration and / or fund accounting with 5+ years of investment industry experience, specifically at an asset service or in-house at a fund.
• 5+ years experience managing and leading teams
• Demonstrated experience in running fund administration and accounting functions, including capital calls, distributions and tax, with familiarity around filings process for edge cases. 
• Previous experience managing outsourced or offshore functions to create maximum efficient for internal teams and client product delivery 
• Experience using Quickbooks, project management tools, Google Workspace and ability to adapt to new technology platforms (such as the Flow product)
• Exceptional time management, organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an outgoing personality.
• Experience interacting with high value with LP and GP clients in a professional setting

Nice-To-Haves

• JD or legal expertise regarding private market funds
• Client success and high-touch client management experience
• Strong understanding of the US compliance environment around Funds
