The Director of Corporate Development will be responsible for developing and executing the organizations acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute a strategic M&A plan  
• Analyze industry trends, competitive threats, and expansion opportunities
• Facilitate preliminary evaluation of targets for overall attractiveness, including strategic fit, economics, and long-term growth potential
• Ensure success of acquisition integration by providing appropriate guidance to internal teams
• Provide outside the box thinking and bold ideas that challenge our industries status quo

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years in corporate development
• Self-motivated and achieve goals 
• Obsessed with creating great experiences for our clients
• Outside the box thinkers
• Career oriented with a desire for advancement
