What you will do

  • The Director, Clinical Operations is a key member of the Circulo Health team who will build and manage multiple primary health practice locations. This role will ensure that our operations are scalable, member-centric, and optimal. 
  • Member of the Clinical leadership team to oversee the health operations at each Hub to ensure that the programs are being implemented optimally and as designed including medical services, health coaching, nutrition, physical therapy, social work, services. 
  • Ensure optimal execution of programs including behavioral health, social determinants of health, and other community-based services to address the social and behavioral needs of the member. 
  • Manage and improve Key Performance Metrics for Clinical Operations in each Hub including carrier/employer requirements including health quality metrics.
  • Drive optimal HEDIS / STARS scores by leveraging clinical and operational processes, tools, and technologies. 
  • Continuously improve clinical operations with each Hub and collaborate with a cross-functional team of leaders to implement enhancements.
  • Leverage the Partnerships with digital/virtual organizations to enhance and extend health.
  • Ongoing improvement of centralized clinical processes leveraging our next-generation electronic health record and practice management systems.
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training of the team in each location. 
  • Support the local clinical and para-clinical staff in their day-to-day responsibilities. 
  • Referral Management - Work with local Hub Team and Circulo Network team to build (and later measure/improve) a referral network of hospitals, specialists, ancillary, and other providers in the community to serve members.

Who we are looking for

  • A unique blend of a start-up and clinical experience in the clinical operation's setting.
  • An agile team player who thrives in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. 
  • Minimum of 8-10 years experience in the clinical or health services setting in physician practices, hospitals, community-based organizations. 
  • Experienced leader of high-performing teams with a “servant leader” mindset.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills with demonstrated success partnering with a clinical and paraclinical team focus. Strong technology, data, clinical informatics skill sets. 
  • Adaptable, organized, efficient, independent self-starter and problem-solver.
  • Champion for Circulo’s primary health center operations and culture, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Cultivate collaboration, shared decision-making, and partnering across teams
  • This is a remote role with travel required.
