Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Account Director, Leadership team, the Client, and SME's to effectively translate business needs and desired outcomes into integrated functional plans and strategies.
  • Prepare strategies to reduce expenses, increase revenue, and maximize efficiencies; drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the operations.
  • Manage operational business processes and initiatives to successfully deliver on all departmental objectives, ensuring visibility and effective, integrated service delivery across functional teams.
  • Lead and implement initiatives related to operations, technology, innovation, and organizational capabilities.
  • Manage program schedules, priorities, risks, and actions to ensure successful and on-time completion of team deliverables.
  • Seek out and leverage key stakeholders and subject matter experts to bring innovative ideas and leading practices to the team.
  • Establish as a trusted advisor and strong, collaborative relationship with the Client, peers, account leaders, operations, and SMEs.
  • Collaborate with Client to establish, monitor and report account performance metrics (KPIs), and compare against account and industry-wide metrics through the use of analytics or other tools.
  • Visualize and structure complex data for concise, clear delivery of highly relevant insights; present key insights and analysis to recommend actions for improved performance.
  • Manage all account training and development processes; report, track, and support operational teams to complete assigned training; consistently evaluate client needs to identify and develop team capabilities focused on delivering increased value.
  • Provide thought leadership for account transformation activities and create communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of plans and strategies.
  • Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, gap analyses, organization transition, capability transfer, and end-user training.
  • Cultivate joint desired outcome expectations while working with change agents and communication colleagues to tailor plans for service lines.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' experience in operations leadership is required with responsibility for leading high-performing teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Finance, or Project Management, with knowledge of Workplace Strategy, Occupancy Planning, and/or Facilities Management industry leading practices and tactical application a plus.
  • Accomplished thought leader with a successful track record of delivering strategic operating plans through leading practices and rigorous performance standards.
  • Ability to work directly with key stakeholders to gather and interpret functional requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and process-driven, with an orientation toward continuous process improvement.
  • Proactive and self-directed in work habits.
  • Ability to influence others and achieve common goals.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically.
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing, fluid, and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and capacity to deliver excellent client experience.
  • Must be technically proficient in basic computer applications, CMMS, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, etc.).
  • For internal candidates, must constantly receive top performance evaluations in leadership roles over the past three years.
  • Comprehensive experience in a cross-functional business/process role or industry expert
