Position Overview
As a key contributor in the Autodesk Digital Media Center (DMC), you will assess, improve, and ensure daily digital advertising operations as well as operational projects that support the DMC's strategic vision. The role reports to the DMC Director of Operations and collaborates with marketing stakeholders, digital media marketers, martech specialists and media optimization team members. The position requires working knowledge of paid media, strong project management skills and ability to train, communicate and lead change with mid-level marketers inside and outside of our organization. This is a global role and will support multiple markets in different time zones.
Responsibilities
- Operate, triage, and mitigate daily DMC digital project intake systems ensuring project task assignment and support request completion across the organization.
- Inform DMC leadership with insights related to project workflows and capacity.
- Continually improve operational workflows via automation, communication of best practices and change management through training and collaboration.
- Lead assigned operational projects related to DMC strategic vision including planning, budgeting, risk mitigation and status communications.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience in paid media agency operations or medium to enterprise size marketing organization
- 3+ years of project management experience including planning, ensuring execution, status communication as well as training for change management or best practices
- Track record working with multiple projects in a matrixed organization with many stakeholders
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in person and online
- Skilled in marketing project management and use of project and process tools like Asana, AirTable, Wrike and SmartSheet
- Comfortable working with numbers and analytics - using a data-driven approach to problem solving with experience in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Analytics and Power BI
- Quick to learn project technology and not afraid to flex a degree of techincal abilities in automation, scripting, and data visualization
- Ability to comfortably work in a fast paced, ambiguous, and event-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Moderate level of awareness and experience in Ad-Tech and marketing technology solutions such as Adobe, DV360, Quantcast, Facebook, LinkedIn, Marketo, ABM-solutions like 6Sense and Google-DCM
