Dealer Operations Specialist

As part of the Operations team at Roadrunner Financial, you will work with our dealer partners to facilitate their dealer enrollment. This position will be based out of the Irving office and will report to the Dealer Operations Supervisor.
Specifically, you will:
- Enroll new dealers (buyouts, merges, etc.) into Roadrunner’s system so that they can submit applications and fund contracts.
- Review dealer agreements as they are received to determine if the dealer is eligible for the program.
- Conduct due diligence reviews on potential dealers to ensure they meet the requirements of Roadrunner’s enrollment criteria and state / federal regulations.
- Enroll dealers in the pre-qualification program by reviewing the agreement and conducting due diligence.
- Maintain dealer records including ownership changes, phone number changes, banking information, OEM updates, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance preferred; , equivalent degree or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree accepted.
- 1-2 years’ experience in the auto / powersports industry with experience working directly with dealerships.
- Excellent telephone, communication (oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficient in applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Drive, Google Sheet, SalesForce, Slack, e-mail, and proprietary LOS.
- Able to work well under pressure to meet daily and monthly goals while passing quality assurance audits.
- Strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
