Provide a wide range of franchise administrative and office support to the Franchise Services and Franchise Legal teams responsible for the full life-cycle contract maintenance processes for the administration of domestic and international franchise-related agreements, amendments, renewals, and terminations for Inspire Brands portfolio companies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track the Renewal License/Franchise Agreement notice process
• Perform weekly and monthly audits on all contract-related information into applicable databases and save executed documents to correct digital files
• Administration and tracking of various franchise transactions in FRM (or other applicable franchise databases)
• Assist in the preparation of various franchise-related documents including reports, correspondence, and presentations
• Provide additional administrative support as needed to meet business objectives
• Manage and maintain all filing aspects for all franchise and legal files

Education & Experience Requirements

• 4 Year degree or equivalent work experience
• Legal Assistant Education or paralegal certification/experience, Notary Public. preferred
• Minimum 2 years work experience in data/document administrative position
• Minimum 5 years work experience in data/document administrative position preferred

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Well-organized and a self-starter
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, database management, FRM, and Oracle
• Knowledge of franchise contract administration and FTC compliance
