Air is a Creative Ops System for Marketers. Our product automates the mindless tasks that marketers do every day to manage content and unlocks creativity through image recognition, automated versioning, and approval workflows. We launched in March 2021 and have raised +$28M from world-class venture capital groups including Tiger Global, Headline Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, WndrCo, and Slack Ventures.
The Community Manager will define and lead our community team as we look to grow both online and offline communities. This role encompasses community strategy, community building, marketing and partnership outreach efforts and is responsible for growing, engaging and retaining our members. This person will report to the Strategic Partnerships Lead. Requirements About You
You'll be an essential player on the Go-to-market team as the first teammate tasked with building community at Air. The key objectives of this role are:

  1. Acquisition: building programs to help grow our customer base
  2. Engagement: connecting customers to each other around their common interests in order to increase customer retention
  3. Product: Improve product with feedback and insights from the community


You will define our community growth strategy and the respective channels to support adoption of Air software. No two days will look the same. Whether creating programming and events, publishing content to benefit core customers, or implementing new tech into the community stack, you will have broad autonomy in shaping this team.Benefits Our company culture was built around a tireless pursuit to be the best at what we do.
