Overview:
The Anaplan Solution Manager will be responsible for development and maintenance of the modules leveraged for running the Tableau business unit. Working with cross-functional teams to drive the annual Go-For-Growth planning cycle to ensure business continuity and enhancement as it relates to quota setting, territory management, and resource allocation planning. Partnering with key stakeholders in the Quota Planning, Regional Strategy and finance teams.
Along with being a key contributor and driver with Salesforce, Mulesoft, and Slack counterparts in development of a large enterprise for planning. Salesforce is continuing to grow the Anaplan Center of Excellence internally, you'll be a key member in how different business units can leverage each others knowledge and expertise to drive a work class planning process within the company. Helping to ensure consistency and single-source-of-truth to create a robust planning process that can scale as Salesforce continues to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Model Builder: Ownership over technical model building expert in scaling and enhancing key processes leveraged within Anaplan platform.
- Business Process Documentation: Responsibility in partnership with stakeholders to ensure proper documentation around processes to ensure proper coverage and knowledge sharing across team members and departments.
- Deployment Management: Ensuring proactive management of space within the deployment to ensure business continuity. Being able
- Anaplan Footprint Map: Ownership of the intake for Anaplan related module lifecycles for existing and new. Working with stakeholders in sharing and collaborating over the monthly, quarterly and yearly work items within the Anaplan deployment.
- Enablement Plan: Driver of enablement as it relates to business stakeholders for adopting and utilizing the models built within Anaplan which drive quota and territory execution.
Qualifications/Experience:
- 6+ years of experience as a Anaplan model builder and admin
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or related field
- Experience with annual planning cycles
- Ability to configure and maintain list, line items, modules, actions and other features within Anaplan
- Experience within google suite (docs, sheets, slides, scripts)
