Job Description
We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is looking to make a large impact. As an Alliances Specialist, you will play a key role in 3Cloud’s partnership with Microsoft working alongside our national enterprise sales directors, solution architecture teams and directly with clients. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for the daily management of Microsoft and Databricks channel incentives, securing Microsoft funding, managing a Salesforce pipeline and supporting the Alliances organization with strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales operations, finance or accounting roles with proven success managing a large volume of activities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
As a 3Cloud Alliances Specialist, you will own the daily management of Microsoft and Databricks channel incentives while collaborating with 3Clouds Sales organization to accelerate customers journey to Microsoft Azure. You Will:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft and Databricks programs with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage Microsoft systems and ‘Co-Sell’ activities to connect 3Cloud and Microsoft sellers across the country.
- Manage stages of all programs in Salesforce and FinancialForce, send follow-ups and document processes.
- Work with the sales team to support sales efforts by leveraging various Microsoft programs, providing thought leadership on incentive structure, and delivering a world-class experience for our clients and Microsoft.
- Work with clients and internal project managers to schedule, coordinate and navigate escalations with Microsoft as needed.
- Assist the Alliances organization in understanding process bottlenecks and recommend process refinement to improve and document process.
- Support and manage key Microsoft and channel relationships supporting overall 3Cloud organization
- Support Cloud Strategy Director, and Alliances Managers with all aspects of 3Cloud Alliances Operations.
Job Requirements
- 2 - 3 years of experience, with bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Operations preferred.
- Experience in using CRM system (Salesforce preferred) to manage large pipeline of information.
- Strong analytical problem-solving ability.
- Experience working in a consulting or sales environment.
- Passion for cloud technologies, and a desire for continuous learning.
- Ability to maintain multiple deadlines, with various stakeholders while delivering consistent results.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience of maintaining a high degree of client focus.
