Our client is a leading company in digital financial services, seeking experienced professionals to join its organization.
1. Project Execution and Implementation
Lead internal projects and strategic initiatives across the full lending value chain.
Turn business concepts and directives into practical operational results.
Support functional areas such as credit, sales, collections, and operations when additional expertise is needed.
Ensure high-priority tasks and projects are completed on time without internal delays.
Act as the execution arm for urgent management requirements.
2. Quality Management in Lending Operations
Build and implement quality assurance frameworks for origination, underwriting, disbursement, and collections.
Establish performance evaluation systems with real-time monitoring.
Develop quality control processes to ensure consistent customer experience.
Create accountability mechanisms to improve performance across all functions.
3. Business Excellence
Ensure lending services meet targets for portfolio quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, risk management, and customer experience.
Maintain compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Develop scalable processes to support long-term growth.
4. Performance Analysis
Analyze business metrics including portfolio quality, sales results, collection rates, and operational efficiency.
Provide regular performance reports with clear recommendations.
Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions quickly.
Monitor compliance with risk standards and internal benchmarks.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with credit, sales, collections, operations, and product teams to resolve issues.
Coordinate resources across departments to ensure aligned execution.
Lead process improvement projects based on data and customer feedback.
Support capability development of local teams.
Requirements
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a related role.
Background in finance, banking, fintech, or e-commerce.
Strong experience in data analysis, project implementation, and project management.
Good English communication skills.
Logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Proficient in reporting tools, PowerPoint, and project tracking systems.
Willing to work across functions and handle internal projects
