Position Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Aerospace Procurement Operations Support team as an Operations Support Manager, to resolve critical issues and mitigate risk in our Supply Chain. Using your creative approach, you will establish sustainable, long term supply chains, by improving Quality, Cost & Delivery, providing a competitive edge for Rolls-Royce, our customers, and suppliers.
What you will be doing
As an Operations Support Manager you will support engagements with the supply chain from the initial analytics week, through the engagement to exit and handover back to the Supplier Management Team. You will drive the identification, development and implementation of these robust supply chain processes and tools to prevent future risks of failure.
Reporting to the Head of Operations Support you will take responsibility for driving performance with supply chain. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of operational excellence with exemplary communication and influencing skills.

Effective problem solver, with knowledge and experience of using lean tools and techniques successfully to deliver improvements and create value
