Lead and be accountable for the Modification Flowline portfolio, directing MFL Project Leads to deliver high-volume engineering modifications. Chair APQP governance, manage budget and MSP relationships, prioritise and integrate projects, control risks and change, engage senior stakeholders, and develop the team to meet value-stream objectives, quality, and airworthiness standards.

Support development, testing and ongoing support of finance reporting and planning systems. Work with HFM/DRM/VBM, SAP BW, Databricks/Fabric, master data and data security to build BI reports, data models and integrations. Collaborate with finance stakeholders to resolve issues, improve processes and deliver analytics solutions.

Lead the Model Based Software Engineering capability: provide technical leadership, resource and recruitment planning, ensure process/regulatory compliance, develop and manage engineering staff, coordinate with supply chain and global teams, and drive continuous improvement and knowledge management.

Support capture teams by developing contractual solutions; draft and negotiate contract terms; identify and manage contractual risks and liabilities; instruct and administer new and existing business agreements; provide commercial advice and guidance to ensure understanding of obligations between Rolls-Royce and customers/partners.
