We are a total automated warehouse solutions provider. We specialize in providing turnkey solutions for our customer's needs in warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturers and any industry partner needing warehouse solutions. Program Objective
The program allows students to gain corporate world experience. Each intern will be assigned a department-level project for the summer focused on improving a specific process within their department. The ten week program provides networking opportunities, roundtables, and business acumen training. Projects will be scoped as a tangible task or process the intern can reasonably complete in approximately 8-10 weeks. The final project details will be provided on the first day of the internship!
Job Details
Evaluate and improve the onboarding and training process for new Business Development Managers (BDM) supporting Sales Support, Rental Support and Fleet Support. The intern will map how BDMs, Coordinators, Managers, and Distribution teams interact, identify gaps or bottlenecks, and document recommendations to improve onboarding, communication, and training workflows.
