Our client is a social business that produces 100% eco-friendly and recycled toilet paper, and are looking for a dedicated Factory Supervisor to lead their hardworking team in Akosomboa, Ghana.
As the Factory Supervisor, you will manage the daily operations on the factory floor. You will lead a team of workers, ensure production runs smoothly, and make sure all safety and quality standards are followed.
Job Responsibilities
∙Supervise and guide factory workers during daily production. 
∙Ensure machines and workers are running efficiently and safely. 
∙Report any issues or delays to the factory manager. 
∙Make sure products meet quality standards. 
∙Keep accurate records of production activities. 
∙Support and motivate your team to perform at their best. 


Requirements

∙Strong leadership and communication skills. 
∙ 7+ years previous experience in a factory, preferably in a leadership role. 
∙Basic understanding of machines and production processes. 
∙Ability to speak English clearly (local languages like Twi or Ewe are a plus). 
∙Responsible, honest, and a team player. 
∙Willing to learn and grow with the team
