- Direct all aspects of facility operations to meet production, quality, safety, and cost targets.
- Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate personnel; manage hiring, onboarding, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.
- Maintain open communication with customers regarding delivery status and resolve complaints promptly.
- Approve and monitor expenses, invoices, and timesheets to ensure budget adherence and labor cost control.
- Responsible for weekly activity reporting.
- Assist in budget development, conduct cost analyses, and forecast monthly revenue.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company regulations; promote a strong safety culture.
- Monitor key performance indicators, generate operational reports, and identify process improvements.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, equipment maintenance schedules, and spare‑parts availability.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate unresolved matters to the Division Operations Manager as required.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Area Operations Manager.
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in oilfield services or comparable industrial operations.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and industry safety standards.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and perform financial analysis.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous‑improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting tools.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CMMS systems.
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel between sites as required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
