• Builds repeatable workflows that capture operational, technical, data, cloud, and platform requirements to execute mission scenarios for Combatant Commands, Joint Staff elements, intelligence communities, and interagency partners.
• Constructs standardized intake artifacts using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint, and Confluence to document workspace needs, VMware resource allocations, cloud service configurations, data ingress and egress requirements, and service dependencies associated with each operational use case.
• Coordinates with WDP Core Integration Program Managers, Technical Program Managers, platform engineers, data engineers, artificial intelligence teams, and cybersecurity specialists to map domain-specific capabilities to present and emerging customer requirements.
• Produces Customer Intake Agreements that define resource estimates, onboarding actions, mission timelines, and technical constraints.
• Conducts recurring evaluations of the intake workflow using metrics such as cycle time, requirement completeness, onboarding throughput, and variance between estimated and actual resource consumption.
• Develops Customer Support Plan annexes that describe intake procedures and cross-domain execution methods.
• Supports three Unclassified teams and two classified-domain teams to accommodate higher demand for new use cases, maintaining cross-functional collaboration across all security tiers.
• Generates operational summaries, workflow updates, and mission-impact assessments that guide system improvements, refine onboarding processes, and strengthen WDP Core Integration's operational readiness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Current Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, program support, or customer intake coordination within a government, defense, or federal IT environment.
• Certified Project Officer (CPO) certification.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate solution.
