Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and versatile professional to join our team. Responsibilities for this multi-faceted position are split across three primary areas: Operational Reporting and Initiatives, Market Intelligence, and Onsite Office Management.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
Market Monitoring: Actively track competitor price changes, product launches, and promotional activity across key industry channels.
Benchmarking: Produce comprehensive monthly reports comparing our value proposition and market position against industry rivals.
Onsite Office Management (3 Days Onsite per Week)
Office Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the business headquarters facility. Coordinate onsite meetings, team lunches, and seasonal office events to maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.
Onboarding Lead: Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, guiding them through their first days and assisting them in successfully navigating the company.
Operational Reporting & Initiatives
Maintain Pricing Schedules: Regularly update internal and external pricing schedules, ensuring all sales tools and corporate databases accurately reflect current rates.
Manage Financial Operations: Oversee overhead investments and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Google Office Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. A strong desire and aptitude to learn Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Salesforce is required.
Execution & Organization: Proven organizational cadence with the capacity to drive tasks across multiple priorities and diverse teams. You must possess the ability to manage multiple tight deadlines simultaneously while maintaining an adaptable, collaborative mindset.
