Global-e is seeking an Operations Specialist to optimize and oversee our day-to-day operational activities. This role requires a proactive individual who can streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage and maintain operational documentation and records.
- Identify operational issues and provide solutions promptly.
- Support the development of operational strategies aligned with business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operations-related software.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
