Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the high-quality digitization of physical assets by operating advanced scanning equipment and performing precise data verification. You will work alongside a dedicated team of information management professionals committed to securing and digitizing our customers' most important data.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Operate and maintain high-speed imaging and scanning equipment to convert physical documents into digital formats according to precise project specifications.
Collaborate with the operations team to verify document quantities and ensure data integrity throughout the scanning process.
Ensure compliance with Iron Mountain’s security standards and document handling policies to protect customer confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will have:
1+ years of experience in a production, imaging, or document management environment.
Strong knowledge of Personal Computer (PC) operations and scanning hardware functionality.
Proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while meeting production deadlines.
High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
