About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Risk Operations Specialist to join us on this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Liquidity team, which is committed to enhancing orderbook liquidity and treasury efficiency, effectively managing market and credit risks in alignment with the firm's core values and risk tolerances. The team develops scalable frameworks and infrastructures that facilitate accurate monitoring, quantification, and management of various liquidity scenarios and risks.

What you’ll be working on:

• Monitoring, reviewing, and handling abnormal fund inflows and outflows, and providing timely assessment and recommendations.
• Executing risk alerts, investigations, and interventions to identify and intercept abnormal events, preventing risk escalation.
• Participating in emergency responses for unexpected incidents, tracking resolution progress, and contributing post-incident review and continuous improvement.
• Analysing the performance of existing risk strategies and models, and providing recommendations for optimisation.
• Collaborating across departments to provide operational risk support and ensure smooth coordination.
• Maintaining structured documentation of risk events, processes, and case handling for compliance and audit needs.

About you:

• Ability to work rotating shifts is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, statistics, economics, or related fields.
• Experience in risk management or fund-settlement operations within securities, futures, derivatives, or crypto trading industries is highly preferred.
• Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Highly responsible, detail-focused, and able to maintain composure under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and proactive working attitude.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
