Description

Exotec designs and develops warehouse technology solutions, combining robotics and software to optimize order preparation and logistics for some of the largest brands in retail, distribution and e-commerce .
Thanks to our fleets of robots capable of moving in three dimensions, Exotec has revolutionized the way customers organize their warehouses and logistics flows. We offer a clear alternative to traditional warehouse automation solutions: elegant collaboration between human and robot workers that delivers sustainable warehouse productivity, all while mitigating labor constraints and increasing workplace safety.
As the first industrial unicorn in France, our robotic solutions are now deployed across the globe. After raising $335M USD in a Series D led by Goldman Sachs' Growth Equity business, we continue to expand across Europe and are actively hiring for our Central & Eastern European market, with regional offices based out of Greater Munich (Landshut, BY).

The robotics revolution is just the beginning at Exotec. Will you be part of it?

About The Role

We are looking for an Operations Project Manager to join our growing team in Korea. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys leading complex, multidisciplinary projects. What You Will Do

  • Lead deployment projects from contract signature to handover to maintenance teams
  • Drive diverse teams of experts through the design, installation, and commissioning of our solutions
  • Ensure delivery on contractual commitments—on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction
  • Identify and manage risks related to safety, performance, and cost
  • Act as the main interface between Exotec and our clients and partners
  • Advocate and uphold Exotec's methodology and standards of quality
  • Collaborate with local and international teams to solve everyday project challenges
  • Support the ramp-up of Exotec’s operations in Korea
Requirements

We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences. If you meet some (not all) of the criteria below, we still encourage you to apply:

  • Strong planning and anticipation skills
  • Business acumen and a rigorous, structured approach to project management
  • Fluency in both Korean and English
  • Proven track record of guiding cross-functional project teams
  • Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites (30–50%)
  • Ability to occasionally support projects in Japan or other APAC countries
  • Having a track record of managing large-scale projects is a valuable asset (months- to year-long, multidisciplinary teams, multiple partners, multi-million dollar budgets)
  • A background in intralogistics, warehousing, or systems integration would be an interesting addition to your profile
  • Having knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in Korea is a plus
Benefits
  • Stock option plan and company performance based bonus
  • 20 days of vacation
  • Health insurance
  • Company defined contribution pension plan
  • Numerous training and development opportunities
