Roles and Responsibilities
- Driving distribution and manufacturing teams towards execution of Business Goals using Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodology.
- Ensuring sufficient capacity exists to achieve all customer commitments per the OPSI plan.
- Driving Product Quality, Six Sigma, and Lean so that internal business metrics are met.
- Manage an operation, business, unit, or part of a production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety. Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards. Team management of salaried employees.
- Manages a small to medium team of senior professionals as well as others. Requires specialized knowledge within the function. Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.
- Comply with EHS regulations and policies; identify and report any EHS concern and support on corrective actions.
