JOB DESCRIPTION
Manages the manufacturing operations for a small organization sized plant. Plans, organizes, and directs the manufacturing operation to ensure the most effective return on assets and obtainment of production schedules and overall business objectives. Directly manages production and plant support personnel. University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 10 Years suggested minimum experience.
