Leads a team responsible for the daily commercial and operational post

fixture process in a small to medium size geographical area with an

average or below average number of vessels and invested capital.

Ensures efficient and effective delivery of contracts within the

assigned geographical area including customer interface, operational

execution and additional sales.

Has accountability for the safety, compliance and performance of the

assigned fleet. Provides leadership to operators, driving their

performance, engagement

and cooperation.

Thoroughly assesses the contract work scope anticipated and initiates

relevant MoCs and optimisation.

Forecasts and proactively manages any exceptions which arise prior to

delivery and during execution on the vessel contract.

Assists Chartering with applicable pre-fixture queries and assesses

recap from Chartering. Recommends initial optimisation initiatives,

supports pre-fixture MoCs and initiates post-fixture MoCs.

Manages customer complaints, contractual issues and settlements when

required.

Participates fully in the continuous improvement process to promote

operational capability and performance.

Handles customer interaction and related activities.

Handles all contract execution related activities and all associated

communications associated with, but not limited to:.

Initiating MoCs.

Issuing order letters.

Appointing agents.

Arranging bunkers as required.

Vessel preparation.

Coordinating mobilisation activities.

Complying with contractual requirements prior to delivery and during

execution of contract.

Providing relevant invoicing details/Offhires.

Approving the Invoice Register.

Updating relevant systems.
