Job Opportunity

By joining our team at our Taipei office, you will have the chance to apply your skills to support the efficient management and continuous improvement of Air and Ocean Freight operations, making a direct impact on operational efficiency, service quality, customer satisfaction, and the sustainable growth of the Company’s local activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Air and Ocean Freight import and export operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment execution.
• Monitor shipment workflows from opening through final delivery and file closure, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
• Proactively manage operational exceptions, delays, service disruptions, and customer escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate effectively with overseas offices, agents, carriers, customs brokers, transport providers, and other operational partners.
• Review shipment margins and ensure costs and revenues are correctly captured and significant discrepancies are investigated.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce operational costs, and increase efficiency and service quality.
• Lead, coordinate, and develop the Operations team, defining responsibilities, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Pricing & Procurement, and Finance to ensure alignment between commercial solutions, operational requirements, service execution, and financial processes.

Key Competencies

• Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding operations, particularly Air and Ocean Freight.
• Sound understanding of import and export processes, transportation documentation, customs interfaces, and international logistics flows.
• Strong operational and commercial awareness, including understanding of shipment margins, costs, revenues, and profitability drivers.
• Proficiency in freight forwarding management systems and standard business applications; experience with CargoWise is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of local transportation, customs, and freight forwarding requirements.
• Fluent English.
• Availability to travel as required.
