As a member of the Taiwan Delivery Partner Operations team, you will own strategic initiatives that shape the end-to-end experience for Uber Eats Delivery Partners (DPs) in Taiwan.
The role spans DP loyalty, product experience, payments, funnel automation, competitor intelligence, and new earning opportunities. You will serve as a key bridge between the Taiwan business and regional product teams, translating local DP needs and market insights into scalable product and operational solutions.
You will work cross-functionally across Product, Operations, Legal, Policy, Finance, Tax, Ads, and external partners to take initiatives from strategy through execution.
What You Will DoDelivery Partner Loyalty, Uber Eats Pro- Own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of Uber Eats Pro, Taiwan's DP loyalty program.
- Drive program and product enhancements, benefit expansion, and engagement initiatives.
- Use data and DP insights to improve program performance, engagement, and retention.
- Serve as the Taiwan DP product POC, partnering closely with regional and global teams on product rollouts, improvements, and roadmap priorities.
- Identify key DP pain points and translate local business, market, and regulatory needs into actionable product opportunities.
- Lead local product incident and outage management, coordinating across Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to assess impact, drive resolution, and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
- Drive local execution of key DP product initiatives, including payment features such as Instant Pay, ensuring operational readiness and a seamless DP experience.
- Own competitor intelligence across DP product experience, earnings, onboarding, loyalty, and engagement.
- Translate competitor and market insights into actionable recommendations for Taiwan's product and operational strategy.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to strengthen Uber Eats' DP value proposition.
- Develop and scale new earning opportunities for DPs beyond delivery, including Delivery Bag Ads.
- Partner cross-functionally with Ads and other teams to incubate and launch new programs.
- Evaluate new opportunities based on DP value, business impact, operational feasibility, and scalability
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in strategy & operations, program management, consulting, business operations, marketplace operations, or related fields.
- Program Management: Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional projects from strategy through execution.
- SQL & Data Analysis: Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to independently query, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
- Execution: Highly organized, proactive, and able to independently manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology: Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
- Experience in product operations, including working closely with Product and Engineering teams on product launches or improvements.
- Experience managing loyalty, rewards, membership, or customer engagement programs.
- Experience launching or scaling new products, strategic partnerships, or marketplace initiatives.
- Experience working across Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Policy teams.
