Drive new business development and client growth within India’s freight forwarding and logistics market. Conduct market and competitor analysis, develop pricing and sales strategies, collaborate with overseas agents and operations teams, resolve customer issues, and represent the company at industry events. Travel within India and internationally as required.

Manage and supervise air and ocean freight import and export operations, overseeing shipment execution, documentation, exception resolution, partner coordination, margins, costs, and profitability. Lead and develop the Operations team while improving processes, efficiency, and service quality. Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Pricing, Procurement, and Finance to align commercial and operational activities.
