Summary:

Achieve Test Prep is looking for an Operations Manager for the sales department that will lead a variety of projects, initiatives, research and analytics related to optimizing processes. This role does not require experience as a sales professional, ideally suited applicants will have strong experience in project management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Operations Manager must be capable of handling a wide range of tasks pertaining to the organization's sales department. Primarily, ensuring that the various processes and teams are operating optimally. The below list of responsibilities are not exhaustive

  • Developing and implementing processes
  • Researching and analyzing data
  • Identifying opportunities by analyzing data and trends
  • Creating and managing automation tools to increase process efficiency
  • Developing accurate, real-time reporting methods related to team performance
  • Comparing individual performances within a team
  • Assist the VP of Sales to develop accurate team goals with clear metrics
  • Optimizing existing processes and policies

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Strong leadership skills to evaluate ongoing team performance and provide training and coaching when necessary
  • Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with teams, collaborating departments and upper management
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop and implement new strategies
  • Project management skills
  • Technology skills to utilize CRM and database software tools in daily tasks
  • Familiarity and / or experience with Salesforce
  • Research and reporting skills to analyze data and trends

Job Details:

Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Flexible schedule with availability to overlap during the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST business day.

Remote: 100% Online
