The Business Unit (BU) Leader is empowered, responsible and accountable to lead continuous improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost within a respective Business Unit. BU Leaders will lead a cross functional team by identifying, prioritizing and executing initiatives in order to meet expected business goals. BU Leaders will take overall direction from Site Leaders. BU Leaders will collaborate with department functional leaders to assure they have the right capabilities and capacities on their team to meet the expected goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Buildout, grow, develop, and lead a high‑performing, cross‑functional team to drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost excellence, while prioritizing and executing strategic initiatives to meet business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize performance drivers to meet operational metrics, while leading continuous improvement efforts in product, process, and people development.
- Lead the identification and prioritization of performance drivers to achieve metrics and sustain continuous improvement across product, process, and people.
- Champion a proactive safety culture - ensuring every team member feels responsible for identifying and addressing risks before they become issues.

Must have 5-10 years leadership in operations environment. Preferred Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with ownership and accountability of Business Unit performance. Must have excellent communication skills with cross functional teams. SAP experience a plus Must have strong computer and analytical ability.
