A full-time rotational development program for recent undergraduate graduates in Supply Chain and related fields. Participants complete three rotations across Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Operations, and Logistics, receiving pay and benefits. Successful participants may transition into regular full-time roles based on education, experience, and professional interests. Employment requires passing pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and a background check.

Develops and integrates dishwasher components and systems from concept through production release. Responsibilities include 3D modeling, drafting, tooling, testing, tolerance analysis, cost and feasibility studies, engineering change management, and design validation. The role designs sheet metal, electromechanical, structural, and injection-molded plastic parts; analyzes field-service data; performs root-cause investigations; and collaborates with production, laboratory, and mechanical design teams.

Develops and integrates assembly and test technologies for manufacturing, including equipment design, programming, assembly, commissioning, documentation, troubleshooting, and personnel training. Supports new product development through design reviews, PFMEA, early builds, equipment development, and product troubleshooting. Requires engineering manufacturing experience, electrical and control systems knowledge, and programming skills.

Leads manufacturing engineers while developing and launching manufacturing processes for new products. Defines process flows, equipment, tooling, fixtures, labor, and capacity requirements; manages capital projects and technical deliverables; supports design reviews, PFMEA, DFM/DFA, prototype builds, and production readiness. Partners cross-functionally to resolve technical issues, creates process documentation, and drives continuous improvement with production teams.

Develops and implements assembly processes for new product development projects. Responsibilities include facility and workstation layout, capacity and line-balance analysis, time studies, process documentation, ERP data maintenance, assembly line launches, PFMEA and control plan reviews, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates across engineering and operations teams to optimize product flow, manpower, floor space, and manufacturing performance.

Leads strategic sourcing and operational supply chain activities, including supplier selection, negotiations, agreements, forecasting, purchase orders, audits, risk mitigation, material pricing, and inventory optimization. Manages and develops Buyers and Material Planners while collaborating with product development, manufacturing, quality, transportation, and business leadership. Ensures supplier performance, material availability, cost optimization, and timely delivery across the supply chain.

The Quality Engineer II will lead a team to enhance product quality through process improvements, statistical analysis, and daily quality indicator reviews.

Manage safety programs including injury prevention, compliance, and training at manufacturing sites. Evaluate effectiveness and lead investigations to enhance safety culture.

Lead the design, validation, and implementation of embedded electromechanical systems for luxury appliances, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and achieve performance targets.

Provide Tier 1/2 support and continuous improvement for SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM across multiple warehouses. Troubleshoot EWM incidents, maintain master data, drive PFEP and material flow redesigns, support go-live readiness, testing, training, and role governance to achieve high inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse operations.

Supports fabrication operations across two manufacturing plants by installing and starting up equipment, coordinating upgrades, troubleshooting breakdowns, leading root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Provides engineering support for welding and finishing processes, contributes to new product development and continuous improvement projects, and ensures safety, quality, compliance, and cost objectives are maintained.

Represents fabrication manufacturing engineering on new product development teams, leading design for manufacturability and assembly, process and equipment selection, automation projects, and capital equipment installation. Supports continuous improvement, cost reduction, safety, production operations, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. Serves as a fabrication subject matter expert while managing multiple projects and collaborating cross-functionally.

Supports sales operations through auditing credits, rebates, commissions, pricing, builder programs, and reimbursement claims. Maintains documentation, prepares financial and performance reports, reviews pricing tools, researches discrepancies, administers third-party programs, and partners with sales leadership to improve processes and ensure compliance.

Design, prototype, validate, and implement embedded controls, sensors, wire harnesses, and electromechanical systems for new luxury appliance products. Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and regulatory teams; develop controls architecture and technical specifications; conduct modeling, simulation, testing, and data analysis; troubleshoot technical issues; and manage development activities through production launch.

Design and integrate embedded, electronic, electromechanical, and thermal systems for new luxury appliance products. Responsibilities include defining system requirements and architectures, prototyping, simulation, testing, validation, root cause analysis, production support, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, suppliers, regulatory teams, and product stakeholders. The engineer will manage milestones and may own component and subsystem designs through production.

Provides technical leadership for press-formed sheet metal processes, stamping tooling, dies, presses, automation, and equipment implementation. Leads tooling projects from concept and supplier sourcing through qualification and production launch. Supports defect resolution, process control, preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and production reliability. Develops documentation and coaches technical teams while collaborating with engineering, quality, operations, maintenance, supply chain, and external suppliers.

Serves as the SAP EWM subject matter expert for material and warehouse processes. Maintains SAP material and inventory parameters, leads engineering change management and cycle count programs, investigates inventory discrepancies, performs root cause analysis, and drives corrective actions. Owns materials data and KPI accuracy while collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, inventory control, and SAP EWM experience in a manufacturing environment.

Leads cross-functional information technology projects from planning through launch. Responsibilities include managing project plans, schedules, resources, risks, issues, budgets, requirements, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. The role prepares executive-level status reports, coordinates stakeholders, and applies Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies to deliver quality IT solutions. It requires strong organization, communication, conflict resolution, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Provides technical leadership for thermoforming and plastic trimming manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include specifying and launching equipment, safety assessments, process qualification, technical training, production support, OEE and quality improvement, lean initiatives, audits, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. The role requires hands-on expertise with thick-gauge thermoplastics, tooling, trimming technologies, manufacturing safety, and plant operational data.

Test Engineer II supports manufacturing test equipment within an assembly area. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment performance, analyzing failures, improving test processes, modifying hardware and software, ensuring test coverage, training support staff, and developing calibration and preventive-maintenance procedures. The role requires collaboration with manufacturing teams and participation in problem-solving and operational excellence activities.
