Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Graduate to join our team in Beira, Mozambique.
This unique position offers the chance to work in the fast-paced and ever-evolving industry while gaining invaluable experience through a global programme. In this role, you will spend time learning about AHK, working within, and gaining an understanding of our Global Operations. To ensure you gain full exposure to the company, the programme will involve rotating through different business functions and working on a variety of key projects across the wider business.
As part of this 2 year programme, you will have the opportunity to travel to our different locations. This will expose you to different cultures, challenges, and opportunities, providing you with a well-rounded perspective and a wealth of experiences that will help shape your career.
The AHK Graduate Programme is the perfect start for a graduate looking to develop their skills and build a long term career with a company at the forefront of the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) industry, operating within the metals, minerals,energy and solid fuels sectors.
This experience, coupled with your drive, will open up further opportunities in the Group. Other candidates that have followed a similar programme have taken up operational and management roles both in the UK and overseas.

- Minimum of a B-degree or an applicable diploma in Science (Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Geology, Metallurgy).
