Supervise day-to-day site laboratory operations, lead and develop lab personnel, ensure safe and accurate analytical testing within TAT, verify and interpret data, troubleshoot instrumentation, maintain ISO/IEC 17025 quality systems and HSE compliance, optimize workloads and resources, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Lead analysis for large-scale global IT and digital change initiatives: run discovery workshops, define requirements, design solutions, support UAT and deployment, mentor other BAs, and collaborate with senior stakeholders, technical teams and suppliers to deliver end-to-end projects.

Lead design, implementation, and oversight of QMS to ensure ISO/IEC 17025 and 17020 compliance. Manage accreditation (KAN) interactions, audits, document control, NCR/CAPA, trend analysis, and continuous improvement across testing and inspection operations in coal and minerals.
