ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Weekly Client and Pegasus Activity Reporting:
  • System Management:
    • HappyCo Support:
    • Market Survey Support
      • ApartmentIQ Support:
      • Excel Template
    • Liaise interdepartmental support
    • Annual Leadership Conference support
    • Handle and manage all resident complaint phone calls and emails that come to the corporate office and disseminate to RM for resolution
    • Corporate Office support includes but not limited to
      • Mail and package delivery
      • Main point of contact for guests coming to the office
      • Support any Training being conducted at the Corporate Office
      • Troubleshoot training room tech support
    • Miscellaneous projects as needed

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (inc. MS Word and MS Excel).
  • Knowledge of RealPage products to include but not limited to Onesite & BI.
  • Knowledge of Yardi reporting.
  • Working knowledge of DOMO, HappyCo, ApartmentIQ, HubSpot.
  • Occasional assistance with Transitions as it relates to Due Diligence, Canva, Auditing, and other miscellaneous needs.
  • Meets deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Solid analytics, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate and present complex information.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years RealPage / Yardi.
  • Min. of 2 years’ experience in multifamily real estate required.
  • RealPage & Yardi products to include OneSite, Accounting, Business Intelligence, Knock CRM, HappyCo.
