ABOUT THE ROLE
Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn
Status: Full-time / 100% on-site
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
Position Summary: The Operations Coordinator is the operational link between Kith HQ and our global retail fleet keeping every store connected, equipped, and informed. Serving as a central point of contact for the field, this role drives the systems, communication, and supply workflows that keep day-to-day retail running seamlessly across markets. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams including buyers, allocators, inventory control, and HQ operations, the operations Coordinator ensures every store has the tools, information, and support needed to deliver the Kith experience at the highest standard.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities:
Store Support
Serve as the first point of contact for global store teams, triaging and resolving operational inquiries across multichannel Slack support with speed and accuracy
Communicate key operational updates to stores including product releases, QC projects, seasonal markdowns, fulfillment, and inventory/supply changes with clarity and consistency
Lead virtual onboarding for new store operations leadership, delivering SOP and systems training that sets teams up for success from day one
Oversee weekly custom supply submissions via DASH in partnership with the Arista team, ensuring stores stay stocked and operationally ready
Review and approve vendor supply submissions to maintain budget compliance across all doors
Coordinate quarterly uniform requests and deliveries between HQ and retail stores, upholding brand presentation standards
Provide operational support for store openings, remodels, pop-ups, and brand activations — from supply readiness to systems access and floor setup
Maintain store-facing operational calendars, ensuring timely execution of drops, markdowns, and event support
Systems
Authorize, maintain, and troubleshoot DASH-related requests to keep store workflows moving
Build VRP module proficiency to support inventory control and stock accuracy initiatives
Maintain and improve HQ reporting tools, including Tableau dashboards, spreadsheets, and recurring recaps
Identify operational gaps and opportunities, surfacing actionable recommendations to management
Help lead execution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting across regions
Maintain and update vendor accounts (e.g., Amazon, Uline, Raja), calendar events, and deadline reminders to keep operations on schedule
Support inventory accuracy initiatives, including cycle counts and shrink reporting, in partnership with Retail Inventory Control
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with IT via Fresh ticket to resolve store-related systems and hardware issues
Keep HQ stakeholders informed with clear, timely communication of store updates and escalations
Coordinate with HQ operations to ensure supply and process updates reach retail teams accurately and on time
Partner with buyers, allocators, and inventory control on product flow, replenishment, and store-to-store transfer needs
REQUIREMENTS
Availability & Travel:
Open & flexible availability, including but not limited to evenings, overnights, and weekends as well as Holidays.
Ability to travel when needed
Availability to consistently work weekends, special projects, drops/releases or as the business’ needs require.
Experience:
2+ years in a retail operations role
1+ years leading a team
3+ years in retail apparel
Experience supporting multi-unit, global, or high-volume retail operations strongly preferred
Skills/Abilities:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working across multiple systems simultaneously (DASH, VRP, Tableau, Slack, Freshworks)
Consistently delivers high-quality work on deadline in a fast-paced retail environment
Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Data-oriented mindset with the ability to translate reporting into clear operational insight
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Photoshop, and Google Suite
Ability to lift and move 25lbs.
Ability to perform standard tasks that are related to retail operations including but not limited to, bending, twisting, and climbing ladders/step stools.
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
