Position Overview
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the successful onboarding of Carriers and third-party vendor relationships. The candidate will work directly with SPG division leaders, Legal and Compliance teams to coordinate and manage the contracting activities, ensuring smooth onboarding to Specialty Program Group. The individual will be the key contact for external business partners and internal teams related to contracts.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage onboarding activities of new acquisitions, third-party vendors, and various office facilities.
Project manage all activities to ensure completed by scheduled dates.
Research and respond to inquiries between division leaders and third parties ensuring timely responses.
Manage the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of carrier, brokerage, and third-party relationships.
Coordinate the legal review of contracts and third-party NDA requests with corporate teams.
Coordinate annual carrier audits to ensure compliance.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to create a seamless experience for third party partners and internal stakeholders.
Develop tracking reports to alert field teams of status of new relationships.
Process incoming mail and distribute to appropriate contacts
Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum 2 years professional experience
Strong Project Management Skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables.
Excellent attention to detail, as well as strong time management, and organizational skills.
Advanced skills in Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Word. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, including Corporate Executives and Business leaders.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and achieve results in a fast-paced and changing environment
Salary Transparency:
Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 t0 $60,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
