Job Description
The main function of this position is to maintain a safe, punctual and reliable schedule. The individual is expected to work independently, and as part of a team, to manage the operation within the Scoot network.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure all flights are safely dispatched in accordance to Company policies and CAAS regulations.
- Perform flight watch duties, anticipate and prevent operational delays and disruptions.
- Ensure optimization of crew and aircraft utilisation
- Coordinate changes to and recover flying programs
- Handle daily operations matter including but not limited to performing of up-gauge and down-gauge of flights, dissemination of information to all concerned based on operations requirements
Requirements
Essential Skills
- Bachelor Degree in any disciplines. Diploma holders in aviation related disciplines with experience in similar capacities will also be considered.
- Able to work 12hr rotating shifts, rotating days off, weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimum supervision.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn and operate complex aviation scheduling software.
- Experiences working on airline operating system and in an operations environment will be in advantage.

Skills Required
