Help clients start strong in global custody by making onboarding smooth, accurate, and on time. You’ll play a key role in converting new and incremental wins into live, operating custody accounts. You’ll work closely with partners across relationship coverage, client service, onboarding, transitions, and local market agents. If you enjoy operational ownership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management, you’ll find meaningful impact and growth here. Your work will directly support client satisfaction, risk management, and scalable service delivery.
As a Client Account Services Associate in Client Account Services, you execute custody account openings and coordinate market documentation to enable new and expanding client relationships. You’ll capture business requirements, manage timelines and dependencies, and ensure high-quality setup across systems and local market partners. You’ll help identify and resolve issues early to keep deliverables on track and aligned to agreed service levels. You’ll also contribute to reporting and continuous improvement that strengthens execution, controls, and client experience.
We support clients across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia (excluding Japan) through account opening, documentation coordination, and change activity such as restructures, launches, transitions, and exits. Priorities can shift with client activity, so you’ll work in a flexible team environment that values clear communication, strong execution discipline, and continuous improvement.
