The PositionOperations Associate

As an early in career position to commercial operations, this role offers an outstanding opportunity to provide flexible support to identified Brands (Squads) and Chapters. You will play a crucial role in project management, brand-related administrative tasks, and brand planning cycle support. This dynamic position requires cross-functional collaboration and interaction with other Squad and Chapter team members, making it an exciting and dynamic opportunity.
The Opportunity
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support operational tasks and projects.
Manage online materials review and approval, material order system, and event management system.
Coordinate agreements with external stakeholders and vendors.
Assist in developing materials for tactics and medical education projects.
Apply Agile principles and facilitate onboarding activities.
Identify areas of improvement in systems and processes.
Ensure compliance with document management principles and standards
Who you are
You hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant life science field.
You demonstrate analytical skills and proficiency in Google Suite platform.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
You possess a continuous learner mentality.
You have flexibility to work in a dynamic and often ambiguous context.
Preferred
You hold a Master’s degree in a life science/healthcare field.
You have Pharma/life sciences experience preferred.
This position is not eligible for relocation support
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 83,008.00 and 108,948.00 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.We use artificial intelligence to screen, assess or select applicants for this role.
