We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented executor to join Appnovation’s Go-To-Market (GTM) team — the group behind our global sales pitches, proposals, marketing materials, and sales enablement efforts.
In this role, you’ll help execute the day-to-day operational work that powers our GTM initiatives. From supporting client proposals, maintaining sales assets, supporting RFP submissions and ensuring our CRM and GTM systems stay organized, you’ll play a key role in keeping our sales and marketing efforts running smoothly.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams, gaining exposure to how we position our services, pursue opportunities, and bring deals to life. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys executing across a variety of projects, taking ownership of details, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across a GTM function.
Over time, there will be opportunities to take on greater ownership of GTM initiatives, collaborate across teams, and grow into more strategic responsibilities within the sales enablement and GTM organization.
This role is well suited for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, can bring structure to evolving processes, and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get things done while helping improve how we operate over time.
Sales Enablement SupportOwn and coordinate incoming RFP processes, including organizing responses and collaborating with internal teams to gather inputs
Support the development of client proposals, pitch decks, and other client-facing materials
Maintain and update case studies, sales assets, and supporting collateral
Maintain CRM (Salesforce) hygiene and reporting accuracy
Manage GTM documentation and asset libraries
Coordinate technical housekeeping tasks
Support resourcing materials and branded resumes
Conduct account and industry research
Support account strategy and opportunity development
Help identify potential client opportunities
Work closely with junior team members (co-ops/interns) across GTM initiatives
Coordinate and delegate tasks across shared projects
Provide guidance and collaboration to ensure deliverables are completed effectively
Help maintain continuity and documentation across rotating team members

Attention to detail and pride in producing polished, accurate deliverables
Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working across teams
Comfort working with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) to create and maintain high-quality materials
Comfortable using collaboration and communication tools such as Slack and Google Meet
Early-career professional or recent graduate interested in developing a career in Go-To-Market, sales enablement, or business operations
Internship, co-op, or up to ~1–2 years of relevant professional experience
Strong interest in the intersection of business, technology, and digital experiences
Experience in the following areas is a plus:
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
Familiarity with design or presentation tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
Experience supporting sales, marketing, or GTM initiatives in a professional or internship setting
Interest in learning more about sales enablement, GTM strategy, or business development
