What you will do:
- Build and maintain a highly engaged driver community
- Working closely with our market launch teams - participate in the development of our driver acquisition processes
- Increase Lalamove’s brand awareness by substantially growing the number of branded vehicles
- Reporting to the Lalamove functional departments in Hong Kong daily with utmost integrity
- Achieving total alignment with local teams when executing new initiatives
- Exceed individual and team targets & KPIs
What you will need:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales and customer-facing capacity. Ideal for transitioning from other industries
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively and credibly at all levels of the organisation
- Proven track record of driving new processes from planning to successful completion
- Positive, passionate, and proactive mindset, with strong self-initiative and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Data-driven and analytical, with hands-on experience using spreadsheets and related tools
