What you'll do:
- Support the recruitment process, from job posting to sourcing and screening.
- Maintain accurate HR records, systems, policies, and user guides.
- Prepare employment-related letters and documentation.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and visa processes.
- Coordinate company and ad hoc events.
- Support general office administration, including HR/People-related vendor payments, supplies, and office maintenance.
What we seek:
- 1–2 years as HR Generalist, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment
- A degree in business administration, management, HR, economics, or a comparable field
- Familiarity with German labour laws, HR processes, payroll, and vendor coordination
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Proactive and able to prioritise tasks, work independently, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Personio is a plus
- Fluency in English and a minimum C1 level in German
