Work Type - 12 months Fixed Term Contract
This Operations Associate role has a primary purpose to support the configuration of Creditworks platforms for Equifax Customers. In addition, support for our customers in answering queries, managing incidents and providing basic troubleshooting will also be a core responsibility.
What you’ll do
Implementation of new platforms and platform changes through configuration of Creditworks settings Supporting customers through the project implementation including documentation, UAT and go-live Answering customer phone calls and emails about basic support queries and incidents/troubleshooting Working with internal stakeholders to support process change and improvement
What experience you need
- Experience supporting customers in the financial services sector
- Phone and email based support role
- Working with multiple stakeholders to support a shared business objective Working with multiple applications/software solutions
What could set you apart
- Experience supporting projects
- Documentation of new and existing processes
- Knowledge of the trade credit industry
