Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of daily shore-based operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and maritime regulations.
- Monitor vessel movements and support port operations.
- Assist with cargo logistics and operational activities.
- Control, organize, and maintain operational documents, records, and information.
- Prepare and publish vessels’ coastal schedules.
- Receive, monitor, and verify vessel supply requests.
- Coordinate all logistics related to fuel (bunker) deliveries and other supplies required by the vessels.
- Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in the operation, including port sub-agents, terminals, and vessels.
- Follow up on operational demands and contribute to the achievement of operational targets and performance objectives.
- Identify, monitor, and resolve operational issues in an agile and proactive manner.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication among all stakeholders to support operational continuity and efficiency.
