Requires accounting or finance education, Chinese and English fluency, local regulatory knowledge, SAP proficiency, accounting certification, and the ability to work under pressure.

Supports field sales representatives and small customers by generating and validating leads, preparing meeting materials and quotations, updating agreements, managing customer follow-ups, resolving issues, communicating shipping and rate changes, monitoring performance, and maintaining CRM reports. The role also coordinates customer issues with customer service and ensures sales support materials remain accurate and current.

Supports customer booking reviews, cargo documentation, readiness monitoring, vessel tracking, VGM verification, invoice accuracy checks, and invoice distribution after vessel departure. The intern works under supervision while developing knowledge of international trade and shipping operations.

Supports the Product Manager in evolving the HoriZIM forecasting and planning platform. Responsibilities include analyzing business needs, defining product requirements, managing backlogs and sprint activities, coordinating development and data engineering teams, leading workshops, supporting global rollouts and change management, preparing reports and recommendations, and contributing to AI-driven analytics initiatives.

Coordinate learning and development programs, including scheduling, enrollment, communications, reporting, platform administration, and effectiveness analysis. Provides finance-function expertise across SAP FICO and connected applications. Acts as liaison between regional Finance teams and headquarters, supports system integration, localization, rollouts, fit-gap analysis, and day-to-day application operations. Reviews and approves repair estimates, coordinates vendors and depots, monitors maintenance and repair performance, controls costs, manages third-party damage claims, and resolves exceptional cases with customer service. The role also coordinates escalated estimates with regional maintenance teams, ensures containers meet required criteria, improves reporting through technology, and maintains strong depot relationships.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding, reporting, and vendor coordination. Improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience, develop employer branding and recruitment campaigns, build university and employee engagement programs, coordinate HR communications and activities, and support HR transformation projects.

Oversee container scale-in and scale-out processes, including offhire, onhire, sales, sublease, misuse, and lost or stolen equipment. Track container availability, redelivery, sales payments, pickups, billing, system updates, and equipment dispatch. Coordinate with leasing companies, buyers, country offices, headquarters, and responsible parties while maintaining e-container, Excel, SAP, and AgenTeam records.

Supervise global shipping documentation and business-process procedures, interpreting international regulations and implementing standardized instructions across agencies. Manage compliance, manifest corrections, central tables, quality policies, and bill-of-lading templates and secure paper procurement. Represent documentation requirements in IT projects, write business requirements, coordinate with legal and industry stakeholders, and mediate complex agency issues. Provide occasional after-hours support to worldwide agents.
