Provide on-site user support for installations and troubleshooting; assist with issuance and tracking of IT payment orders; open, monitor, and assign support tickets to Global Technical Support; provide software support and configuration.

Coordinate port calls and act as focal point between terminals, pilots, tugs, and service providers. Manage vessel schedules, documentation, and distribution of special cargo manifests. Execute and monitor operational processes in SAP, control port fee payments, authorize third-party access, operate ZIM MONITOR to analyze alerts, and communicate with vessel command and local authorities.

Prepare and amend shipping manifests and customs entries in company systems, input import/export data before deadlines, issue corrections, generate invoices with correct charges, notify clients/agents of vessel departures, and endorse cargo as loaded in the customs system.

Support shore-based maritime operations by monitoring vessel movements, coordinating cargo logistics and supply deliveries (fuel and other supplies), maintaining operational documents and coastal schedules, verifying vessel supply requests, and communicating with port/terminal sub-agents to meet operational targets with agility and problem-solving.

Manage bookings via platforms/EDI (INTTRA, MyZIM), confirm/adjust/cancel shipments, provide customer support by email/phone, monitor cargo readiness, VGM and container status, handle LAR requests and sales leads to ensure on-time shipments.

Support accounts receivable operations including daily bank transaction monitoring (BRL/USD), invoice reconciliation, following up on outstanding payments by email/phone, preparing reports, and maintaining pending case records in the system.

Support finance team by preparing reports, performing financial analysis, assisting budgeting and forecasting, maintaining data and KPIs, helping with audits, reviewing invoices, and supporting continuous improvement and purchasing tasks.
